Shipping:

•  I try to ship all orders received, on regular business days before 5 pm PST, within 48 hours.

•  I ship from my studio in Eugene, Oregon.

•  For orders of 20 or more of any one product, there may be a 1-2 day delay in order fulfillment. 

•  At this time, I ship with USPS and UPS.

•  Shipping rates are a flat fee of $5.95 for all orders within the U.S.

•  An email confirmation will be sent to you after your product has shipped, with a tracking number if applicable.

International customers please note: 

•  Please contact me directly for international shipping rates. Shipping rates do NOT reflect any fees, duties, taxes, or customs charges that may be applied on your end in your country. These additional funds are solely your responsibility to pay. I am unable to provide estimates for these additional charges.

Refunds & Returns

Items purchased from my website may be returned for any reason (within the specific time frames set out below) provided the items are in perfect condition and original packaging. I will gladly accept your return and issue you a refund, however shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Merchandise sent in error or damaged/defective items may be returned for a full refund or replacement. I will cover all costs related to the return and replacement of said items. See below for important information:

•  All costs related to shipping are non-refundable unless product is damaged/defective or was sent in error.

•  I must receive returns of non-damaged goods within 30 business days from the date of your sales slip.

•  Non-damaged goods must be returned in perfect condition and original packaging to qualify for a refund.

 

To return a non-damaged product:

1)  You may return items purchased for any reason and receive a refund. 

2)  I must receive returned merchandise within 30 days from the date on your sales slip.

3)  For your protection, you may want to use insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx service.

4)  Include the item(s) you are returning in their original packaging, a copy of your sales slip, and a completed Return Form. Your return will not be processed without this form.

6)  Please allow 7 business days for me to process your refund.

7)  You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

 

To return damaged/defective goods or product sent in error:

1)  You must notify me of damaged/defective goods or product sent in error within 10 business days from the date of your sales slip.

2)  After notifying me, repackage the item(s) to be returned. Include a copy of your sales slip and a completed Return Form. Your return will not be processed without this form. 

3)  Ship the item with the carrier of your choice to:

4)  Please allow 7 business days after receipt of returned products for me to process your refund. Reimbursement for all return shipping costs will be included in your refund.

Privacy & Security

I have taken every precaution to secure your privacy online. Your information is used internally to process and manage your order. I do not share your customer information under any circumstances. 

All credit card information is processed through Stripe or PayPal. Both have security measures in place to ensure the safety of your data.
