  • Western Columbine, Aquilegia formosa
These drawings were a wedding gift for two dear friends from the Pacific Northwest. I chose to draw native plants from close to home. The Western Columbine is one of my favorite spring wildflowers.

  • Common Camas, Camassia quamash
One of the best springtime sights in the Northwest is a field of blooming camas. Plus, yellow and purple were made for each other.

  • Cobra Lily, Darlingtonia californica
One result of my ongoing love affair with carnivorous plants.
